simcloth3.dll unavailable

I have this old curtain I've imported. I used to use simcloth on it. If I go to the object stack, it's not there. Now whenever I load the project this error comes up that it's missing the plugin.

I don't need it at the moment - don't feel like installing it.

How do I get rid of this reference?

Perhaps some other objects have the simcloth modifier applied to them (if used for collision objects, for example).

you could intall it quickly then make it an editable poly so that it wont come up again

I'm having an emergency now - the plugin is not usuable in max 9 x64 - gives me an invalid win32 application error.

Also, I can't seem to find delete this item. It was on a shower curtain at one point that I converted over to an editable poly.

How do I clear this error upon loading the file? All the slaves go looking for this then spit out errors.

I just found a x64 versions which I have to install - keeps out the errors at least:
