Backburner unexpected error

Does anyone know what exactly this means "Task Error - An unexpected exception has occurred in the network renderer and it is terminating." For what reason does this happen??? I'm using backburner with 3dstudio max 9 64 bit. I used the same set up with another project and all worked. Now, with another animation, I'm getting these errors on 6 pcs! Even if I close backburner and restart, I can no longer add that computer to the current job in the backburner queue monitor. I have absolutley no idea what to do!!!!

Usually this is RAM related. At least from my experience. You cannot reassign the job because it has been blocked for that specific job due to too many errors i assume. To retry you will have to select "Reset for select jobs" in the right-click menu of the servers.
