The key to long term success always was in happy and satisfied customers. Smaller companies fall faster if they ignore customer feedback. Just take a look at Nextlimit with Maxwell. Bbigger ones, like Autodesk, will survive longer with a development policy based on maketing bullshit, but eventually they will be forced to do something.
