I work at a large corporation and they run lots of scripts to keep things "locked down."
One annoyance is that my computer does the equivalent of Win+L after about 20 minutes.
I'm trying to test a 64bit image for the IT guys, so i'm having several people in our group try things out. The problem is a coworker will be working on something then I want to go over and try something. If he logged in first but still has things running I can't log in without screwing him over.
Solution? I figured there might be something out there that would fool windows into thinking the mouse is always moving. Or simply have the mouse move a little ever 15 minutes or so. The second option is not ideal, but could work also.
I just could Not find anything like this on the net. Everything is talking about people Wanting to lock down their computers so others don't come by and look at porn. I'm not too worried about that since they have half the net blocked automatically anyway.
Anyone know if there's something out there to handle situations like this?
