max2009 design 64 crashing

anyone else experiencing lots of crashes with max2009 design 64 (pc is xp64, Quad6600 4GB RAM) seems to crash max a lot when I try to pan in viewport, could it be a graphics driver issue?

For F^%'s sake its happening nearly every 5mins, now it crashes when I click on color correct mat from the library :@

You'll have to disable your cube. Try renaming the AutoCamMax.gup to AutoCamMax.gup.bak and restart Max
