Or maybe he's been hired by Autodesk to report any ranting from us and he opened this topic so we can complain?
Although I seriously doubt that, because I received this from an insider at Autodesk:
How it should be:
How it is:

Don't even get me started on Autodesk - they have repeatedly screwed us with their ridiculous upgrade / subscription policy which resulted in lost revenue and affected our work by being forced to upgrade to a version we do not want, nor need. I personally wrote them a letter but I'm pretty sure it ended up in the above second cartoon scenario.
We're actually now considering alternate options to Autodesk for our future work pipeline since we've had nothign except horrible experiences with them for the last few years now.
Talk about a company that once cared about their customers and now cares about nothing except making an extra buck at their customer's expense.

It's funny how many thousands of users / studios have posted about their unhappy experiences with their last several software releases (BUG FIXES) and they can't take the time to read what their customers are saying, let alone do something about it.Last edited by richard_rosenman; 22-05-2008, 10:03 AM.

Not much of a consolation perhaps, but I can tell you that Autodesk really looks at the CER reports and they have occasionally contacted us about that when the cause is in V-Ray.
Best regards,
VladoI only act like I know everything, Rogers.
