Roman Curtain with Simcloth?

Can someone maybe point me in the right direction as to how setting up the curtain mesh for simcloth to simulate a roman curtain type? been trying for hours - nothing works for me yet

Been a while since I used Simcloth so I don't remember the exact procedure, but basically you need to make a cloth that is straight and have vertices attached to an object that can be animated to "pull" the cloth upwards. You could also model it already in place and apply Simcloth to it afterwards.
In this case though it would be much simpler to just model it by hand and forget the cloth simulation. Even when moving it wouldn't really move enough to be very noticeable.
