Hi,
does anyone of you know a way to make a large, highly detailled "instant city".
People in my company very often have to present large cityplans, and masterplans. Now they´ve tried to present them with sketchup and noticed, that still many people do not seem to be able to understand, that a box means, that there is a big house....
as always. What i am searching for is a way to replace all the boxes by more complex houses, that i could have as a collection.
also i have heared about a software (experiment ? ) that was able to construct a cityscape based on rules . With windows, textures and so on, but can t remember where i have read about this.
maybe theres a way with particleflow, or scatter ? or a great script , where i can tell by a greyscalle map, to plant big houses, smal houses, and so on, also to be able to rule the orientation of houses towards the streets usw. ? ? ?
any idea ?
Tom
