I am doing a website for a friend and I need to know a couple of things. I have a 659 x 351 section in my page that I want to pan around an aerial map in. When you enter the site, that's what I want you to be able to do. Anyone have any insight on this...Thanx all

Oh...I am using PS and DW to produce the site...Thanx

Ok...I figured out that I can insert a jpeg of my map into Flash and then export to swf. When this shows up in my page, I can zoom in and out and pan around...BUt now I want to able to hover over stuff and have stuff happen...Do I do that in DW?

looks like a job for Flash

you cant do it standard html for sure - though maybe there's a javascript solution out there
      - also depends how big your aerial view is - if you want something like google maps that's an ajax thing (souped up javascript)

        simultaneous post..!

once you have an on-screen widget in Flash, stay in Flash
it may take you longer to figure out if you're not a Flash wiz but its the only way
