vrayScatter texture ... script for that?

Did anyone tried icube vrayscatter plugin? There is this vrayScatter Texture that is quite interesting. Would it be possible to write script that will do same exact thing?

I got small test vrayscatter[demo ver] and i think is very cool, but sometimes crashed.
