A word of warning on the Dosch library: they are VERY high poly for how they look. Even some of the simple houses are several hundred thousand faces. And the scale of most of the elements is out of whack. We bought this thinking it would be good for background houses to just drop in but we had to do so much work to clean them up that it would've been quicker to just model something from scratch.

No experience with the Marlin models but I've been less than satisfied with their textures.

Just thought you should know.
