it's still only his opinion - there can be no definitive answer

            Does Audible.com count?

... currently 'reading' "Screwed : The Undeclared Ware Against the Middle Class."

ooooh. that's on audible.com eh? Nice. that will be next for my daily commute on the train.

every once in a while i pick up where I left off on Howard Zinn, A People's History of the United States. I wish it was on audible.com I'm a slow reader and there are 15 million pages in that one.

Ahhh, one of the guys I live with always brings up house of leaves when the subject gets onto books, I keep forgetting to check it out.

                  Just bagged it on amazon

if you're going to mention House of Leaves - which I enjoyed - I have to get in a mention for the best book ever, David Foster Wallace's Infinite Jest
                    - it's a love it or hate it monster, that's for sure

.. there's a follow up/side story to House of Leaves, isn't there, by the "reclusive guy" - which looks a bit weird.. (using a very elastic 'scale of weirdness' )

I'm currently listening to "The Darkest Jungle" (audiobook version). It's about those crazy Europeans trying to connect two Oceans via Panama. Everything goes horribly wrong.
