[request] New VRAY- Addon/Scripts forum

I want to request a new Addon/maxscript Forum to have a place where users can share, discuss and find scripts or addons.

In the last years many usefull scripts where posted here and many questions about maxscript and vray were asked, so this would help to clean the structures in this forum, because at the moment i can find maxscripts in the general forum, in the tutorial forum and in the take5 forum.

please reply to this topic if you see also a sense for something like this!

I'm inclined to keep questions and discussions safely ensconced in cgtalk/area/tech-artists.. theres already too much dispersion in our little community .. and downloads safely at scriptspot, maybe something that tells new people where they can actually find the resources that are already out there would be helpful.

It is maybe a better idea to keep scripts to the specialized sites for this (e.g. scriptspot) as many of them would be useful not only for V-Ray.

Vlado, you are right, but the reallity is different

There are too many scripts which are related to vray or only makes sense with vray like those from lele or studiodim - which are now sticky in this forum.

Maybe there will be later also more shaders or materialextensions like those from vismasters, which could be promoted in this forum.

Mmmm... i think that the
the VRay community needs its section.

Vlado, try to see here. This type of section is very usefull and increases the quality of VRay software too.

Try to think about this , becouse search in 10 different site some scripts, extra stuff is not so usefull IMO.
