Model, rig, animation, particle, physics, scripter, shader, lighter, render, matte painter, compositor or generalist?

Do you specifically need any particular skill-sets or are you just culling artists for show reel images?

Sorry Jon, I should have been more specific, we're looking for a 5'6" size 10 single blonde girl who is an amazing polymodeller in 3DS Max, loves beer and football, able to understand large architectural plans and handle complex geometry, hates Brittannia High, loves Top Gear, loads of experience in animating with vray, whose dad owns a brewery and mum was a supermodel.
