3d world magazine - image submission

Hi guys,

Im thinking of submitting some images I did to the above mag. Im just wondering, I think they say that the work has to have been completed within 2 months of the submission. So say I have some old work and update it and then submit do you know if that would be acceptable. I have a fair bit of imagery I havent yet submitted...

I would say go for it man! (I mean the updated versions you mentioned)
Can't wait to see it. Down here in South Africa we get the mag 2 months later than in uk.

Yeah, its a good mag. Ive sent them an email asking the same thing. I hope they wont be too strict on that time.. Think it would be a good way to get noticed too..

Hi Steve,

I got a couple of images shown at the end of 2007: http://www.peterguthrie.net/visualisation/canova2/ The only thing they were really concerned about was if it was personal or commercial, they arent keen on showing commercial work in the gallery section at the start.

If you update the work a bit I'm sure they won't really care when it was done.

Really nice work Peter. Not surprised they featured your imagery.

Yeah, its not commercial, just stuff in my spare time. I'll send them up. Just need to get some more spare time to update them yet though
