Hi Everyone,
Officially, as of February 1st 2009, www.Landdata3d.com will close it's doors. However, we will continue to run the online store until the 7th of February. We are offering an 80% discount to all customers on all of our products. After the 7th of February, our products will no longer be available for purchase anywhere online or in hardcopy. Perhaps it was failed marketing, but the continued maintenance of Land Data 3D can't be justified when we have other things that require our attention going into the New Year.
So for everyone here, visit http://www.landdata3d.com and enter the code "lastchance" at the checkout to get 80% off of your purchase.
Our urban archive works beautifully with V-Ray's displacement and the textures aren't so large as to require Wavgen's texture loader. All files are in TIF format, both the DEM and the imagery.
We were sponsors in 2006 and 2007 of the CGArchitect 3D Awards, and we'd like to thank you all for the encouragement and support that we've received from the online community, and we wish you the very best going into 2009.
Best Regards,
Andrew Schroeder & Land Data 3D Team
