  • How can I make a TimeCop TimeJump effect?

    Hi all

I have max obviously and also combustion. With these 2 packages how can I make a TimeCop TimeJump effect? I have some footage and want to make something "jump" out of the footage in 3D like in timecop asif it warps out of the footage. The stargate jump effect is cool, but not what I'm looking for. (I'm not worried about camera tracking, just the "jump")

    Any tips would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Morne

A combination of warps and morphs can get the job done, also a Free Form Deformation that you can key by hand. Use the other space warps for secondary motion and morphs to force the over all shape you might want.

You could do this in post.Sapphire have plugins for aftereffects that do this type of effect.

Check that out - might give you a few ideas.

You need this for the Time Jump:
        Attached Files
        Reflect, repent and reboot.
        Order shall return.
