Hospital Staff photos for comping

Hi

anybody know of any websites etc selling hospital staff photos for comping in Photoshop.
Have looked at Dosch (already bought theirs), Evermotion and 3 other free resources to no avail, employers seem to be reluctant to actually photograph real hospital staff, although they would be used for hospital projects with full acknowledgment from the hospital staff.
