Reading statue/bust model

Does anyone know where I can get a statue/bust model that looks like it is reading ?

Ive checked turbosquid but couldnt find anything...

I just remembered, its for a kids website so there is definately a no boobs rule

Could use 'soft selection' and flatten her chest

Yes...possibly, but I the form of the model would look wrong then. Will probably have to build one without any type of sexual bias..
