perhaps trade unions need to make a comeback

there was and is a talk of unionizing vfx. But its not a good idea. While it can provide steady hours, it will take away a lot, I had seen the salary they plan to pay and its something which resembles those of 1997 Its totally outrages and I cannot see this being widely accepted.
