What would happen? You think we would make an amazing graphics company? Game studio? FX? Software?

Or do you think too many big minds and heads would blow us all up? Too many captains on one ship?

I know this is really off-topic, but I'm just writing/thinking for fun now.

I do know that if marketing were to keep it's nose out of the actual software (ahemmm, Adobe and Autodesk), then we'd all be better off.

I'm guessing the software would only seem awesome to us though. Have you ever attended one of the hypershot live training sessions? Man, people are really dumb! Not everyone....but a lot of people are dumb. And those poople use the software too.

I would give it a try. I would love to be in an environment where the artists and programmers are a head of the curve. It would be an awesome opportunity. I feel that I am fairly competent, but I could be MUCH MUCH better. I think that communication would be key and making sure that the people forming the individual teams would gel together and not have too many chefs. I don't know...it's a tough call, but given an opportunity like that, I would totally jump on that.

It'd need splitting, you couldnt have 100 directors and 200 visualisers, every one of them having creative control.

But then after you've done that and made it so it actually works, it'd just be like working anywhere else - expect everyone used to post on a forum together and our paychecks come from the same place.
