Working with photoshop and 3dmax (color profile)

Hello guys, im having problems working whith some maps in PS , when I tweak the colors in fotoshop to match the real material , and y get it close then I save it like a jpg and in max it looks a way lot different (it looks a lot more red). BTW max 2009 is set in LWF , PH is set at SRGB 2.1 color space.

I dont know maybe 3dmax have color managment? and i dont have sett it right?

Please if anybody can help!
