2D software for a color floor plans

Hi,

my client ask my, for a interactive brochure for a Italian residence (with a lot of apartments), 3D static view, 3D animation and 2D color floor plans like this , but with better quality.
I know, I can use PS with CAD file, but we have a lot of apartment and I'm searching some fast software like this:

But, obviously, not online.
Do you have some suggestion or experience?

We make these plans with photoshop, just render your 3d furniture from a top view, same with your floors and paste everything into a floor plan in photoshop, from there on its up to your own creativity to make it look good.

yes, this is our method too. But I'm searching something more fast.

You can look at Autodesk impression, it is made to colour in 2D plans straight from the DWG files. I have never used it but i looked good when i saw it in a demo a while ago.
