Apart from evermotion and cgarchitect, do you know of any high quality flower/plant collections, possibly with vray shaders ?

Hit up turbosquid as well. Vendors (like Xfrog, AXYZ, etc.) often go through them to sell individual items rather than the bundles.

3dmolier has some very good ones, as well as collections. Some are amazing, others are so so, but you can easily tell before buying...
