Video Quality

I need some help...I'm working on an animation, after I get all the frames (TGA), I put them together in PdPlayer(H264), they come up very well....buy my problem starts when I compose the video in Premiere....it doesn't matter what I change the final output looks like crap!!.
any help please?

the video will be watch it on a laptop or project it

I recomend to output a raw quicktime from your sequence and then use quicktime pro to convert to h264, would give you a result you want.
