Flash Video Kit for Dreamweaver MX 2004

I don't suppose anyone has a copy of the Flash Video Kit for Dreamweaver MX 2004 Professional knocking around anywhere do they? I can't seem to find it!

<or failing that, anyone know how to get some flash video embedded into a dreamweaver MX 2004 Professional html page?>

there's a page on the adobe site for how to do this - it uses a javascript solution to get round the InternetExplorer "click to use this widget" problem -and does the loading for you

use the method/script they call "advanced" for multiple flash files on the page - less trouble in the long run

its irrelevant what tool you are building it with - its html - but you probably know that
you'll need to do it in code view
