Max 2010 default dark UI, but with colour icons, HOW?

Hi all

I really like the new default for max 2010 as the dark UI. What I don't like is the monochrome icons. I've noticed in some tutorials that people have the dark UI but with colour icons and I really like this look. However for the life of me I can't seem to get it that way. Any of the customised presets I try either is dark with junk monochrome icons, or it's correct icons but then the light UI. Anybody care to point me in the right direction please. I've also checked on max disk2 and those presets also don't give me the look I'm after.

Hi Codi yes I did see your reply, however I fail to see how this will give me my usual colourful icons. All it does is invert the monochrome icons

Have you tried applying the same settings than the attached image?

Especially try saturation 100 and value 100
