I'm not sure if this question was serious or not.... but if it was, just turn off GI, use speculars instead of reflections and record the video to a VHS tape

Dont forget to turn off shadows and leave 'default light' turned on in max.

There's some shocking direction which goes a lot of the way too, so you might want to get blind drunk and only model using primitives.

I love crap early graphics, especially the infinite checkered plane! You need a chrome ball on the checked infinite plane though :P
