Whats happening with Simcloth at spot 3d?

I am trying to get a handle on Simcloth3. The help documentation is missing in the latest version, and on the spot3d website, Links to the old version do not work, where I presume the documentation lies.

Can anyone grab the help file for me so I can get to work with this?
