What the hell is going on with this EXR

Written with the new EXR plugin (Half Float, RGB, no compression, tiles), imported into PS CS3 with proEXR.

I got some weird thing too...new exr is not working well for sure
you can use EXR from vray frame buffer

What does it look like if you view it in 3ds Max itself?

for my case, usually this is what you see in the 3dmax, then saved it, open in photoshop cs4, then those things dissapear.
