I've had some success with Multyconverter: http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/sc...multyconvertor

But thats rather limited as you can see in this screenshot:



It recognises the Autodesk bitmaps, but does not copy over the actual texture, or links them to the VRayMtl.
