Windows7 connection limit

I have just upgraded my workstation from vista to windows7.
The best thing about it is that it now allows 20 simultaneos connections!

I can now render directly to my workstation and run the backburner manager locally.

This is really great news for studios with small render farms without expensive windows servers.

I can finally get rid of my linux server which caused all kinds of wierd network problems.

what version of windows 7 are you running?

Windows 7 Professional.
I guess the connection limit ist the same on all versions but i can't find an official site with information on the limit.
For me it's the greatest improvement of the OS but its not marketed at all.

Has anyone had any problems with DR while using windows 7 and XP...in either direction? I'm going to build our next machine and was just wondering if it would be problematic. My workstation is XP 64 bit. And i guess the same question for RT...since i may be able to convince my boss to get it.

Server R2 RC (7100) - no problems.

oh and must say - no hotfixes. don't trust 'em.
