Also, do you guys know of any tutorials/methods to model leather folds/creases to produce a model like this:

Poly Modelling

Create plane with numbers of squares needed. Subdivide x3, chamfer edges that border each original square, extrude the small sq created by chamfering and extrude the side created by the extrusion, then Turbosmooth the mesh and changes iterations as needed and Voila!

Change raised areas as needed for more abrupt effects.
