Download a full 3d city model from google eart?

Hi all,

It's interesting how from here

you can download a lot of 3d building for free. But my question is: it's possible to download a full city or a portion of city (Rome, Milan, New York etc..) in one step? Or just a single building?

There's openGL rippers but technically that's not legal as it's busting copyrights. Plus, they don't work too well...

Also keep in mind that Microsoft has a maps with 3d buildings equivalent. Last I checked, they were textured and looked even better.

I know, but I need a model to real buildings. Not a random model
