"Quoting" is not working properly

When you quote someone, it doesn't really separate the quote properly any more on this forum which makes things more difficult to read.

You can see it work "properly" if you go advanced, quote someone, than preview. But when it posts it will strip the formatting. It used to work when the forum was first implemented.

Think I noticed this too - it puts in the first set of speech marks, but it doesn't close them and it then runs in to the rest of the post?

The same also applies for code tags!
And it's not just the quotes. It's supposed to add a bubble around the quote.

I'm told it's a bug in vbulletin; once a patch for this is released, we will update the forum.
