Sounds like an amazing job Richard! Those are some very tough skills youre after, basically youre looking for "ready made" person with perfect motion studio experience. I find that nowadays, people with these skills while leaving their old job rather start their own small business than work for another studio. But on the other hand...whats better? Having safety of fixed monthly income or risking working for non paying clients )) Wish i were a bit younger, more skilled and single....i would have applied straight away ))

Good luck with picking the right applicant!

      Best Regards
      Martin

Always thought your studio did some fun looking stuff. As I'm currently unemployed, I mentioned your advertisement to the wife. Unfortunately she shot the Toronto idea down.

A pity you don't cater for Visas, Richard.
That narrows down your choice a wee bit, even though i am sure there are great Canadian talents around.
