It's pretty cool if you're working with flash. My only issue with it is that good quality objects are quite heavy and a regular 500kb website goes to 2MB with a simple 5 second full gradient, 1 object animation.

I thought it was interactive, which it doesn't seem to be. I guess you could add interactivity through Flash.

If you are looking for interactive web 3D you could have a look at Demicron's WIREFUSION, it's java based so has good browser support, and can be scripted to add advanced features. There is also a free commercial but limited feature set version.
