360 pano around a 3d PDF?

I have a client that is wanting to do a 360 virtual tour of his building and encase it in a 360 degree panoramic photo of the site? is this possible - If so how would it be done? I have seen the guggenheim 3d PDF and it is very impressive - this is what we are needing to do only using a 360 photo for the site -

If you just need to do 360° virtual tours then just render to spherical images and use something like http://www.krpano.com/
