Baking cloth simulation or point cache

Hi guys,

Is there any way with 3dsmax 2010 or 2011 to bake cloth simulation to vertex keys or maybe bake the point cache to keys...

I need to reverse the cloth simulation but there is no way to do it as I have no keys to work with....

Point cache has option for playback speed.
Cant you set that to like -100? To something minus.

Thanks...I overlooked the playback methods at the bottom. I can set it to graph and control via keyframes.
