3DS Max Design 2011

I can't launch MAX and I can't uninstall it.





I ran it fine for a week and all I did was try to install Autodesk's Image Modeler. I tried to start up all the Autodesk's services, which were stopped, but nothing!

OUCH! Did you get it fixed?

Don't know how to help in your specific case, but I've been unable to install 3ds max 2011 on two of our machines; the installation just crashes halfway through.

I ended up reinstalling the O/S. It was getting ugly, but I am back up now.

Hrm. That seems a bit extreme? I hope it was from a system image?

Nope. from scratch, but the laptop was only a week old so it was clean.
