I dont know about the guys. But it's same work, same ppl. The contact listed on the second one matches the one on the first one. So maybe just "two sites for the same thing" ?

It's one guy called Stanislav Orekhov, his work is frequently displayed at Evermotion.org gallery for example. About a year ago or so he started marketing training courses, so I guess that's what the second domain is for.

but the second guy, in the videos he has, isn't the first guy that you see on his Evermotion banner.
