I have the BIPs that came with max, but apart from axyz and a few random places I cant seem to find a good library of bip or compatable motion capture files for CS. Does anyone know of any websites to purchase/download etc ?

I believe that there is one that ships with Max that is very Saturday Night Feverish. I don't think it is installed, but is on the second disc along with all of the other MoCap files. I am pretty sure there is one to two in there.
I am not in front of my work/home computer right now, but when I am I will take a look for you. I was just playing around with this mocap file just a couple of days ago. Man, my memory sucks today!Comment

I have the mocap files that come with max. I had to actually download an updated set from autodesk as the ones that shipped didnt work properly. I couldnt find the one you were talking about....Comment
