BerconTile maps with custom bond pattern

I have a stone wall that I need to texture. I have been given the horizontal bonds and I need to sort my texture out to match this. It seems that BerconTile should give me control over this, but I can't find any help for setting the values.

Here is a graphic that shows the bonds for a small section of one of the walls. You can see that there isn't really a repeating pattern.



Is there a way to effectively type in these values?
