Short Corporate Movies and Scripts

Just wondering how other companies deal with clients that have an idea of a short corporate movie but no script. Do you help write the script or do you leave it to the client to come up with it ?

I know we've helped before, but it's more altering theirs and giving suggestions. I think we were just used as someone to bounce ideas off to make sure it was going in the right direction.
