Where's a good place to download FREE good AE tutorials?

Hi all

At work I might be switching to AE soon (Nuke too expensive for now) and looking for some good and FREE tutorials on After Affects and maybe even on Premiere. Anybody know of a good place to freely download or view such things?

videocopilot is probably the best site to get into AE.
at least it worked for me

tip: start at the oldest tutorials of him and do first the essential training he made.

hmmm I'm unable to vie any of the videocopilot stuff. The videos doesnt start to play and just buffers without end. When trying to direct download it times out. I'm in SA. Anyboday else getting same issues?
