Backburner error code 500

Anyone know what this is ? It happens when I try and send anything to backburner from max 2010.

Ive reinstalled everything again too....max 2010 plus SP1, backburner, phoenix, vray and vray rt...not sure what else to do !!

Only started happening a little while ago. I did installed max 2011 on windows 7 on the dual boot.

Any help would be greaty appreciated..driving me up the wall !

UPDATE: It seems I can submit jobs as 32bit (in the advanced section when submitting) but not 64 bit. I used to be able to and still want to be able to ...not sure whats changed ! Only from max 2010. In max 2011 on the same system and OS submitting from max 2011 works fine.
