I have the NVIDIA® Quadro® FX- Graphics Cards, is this a good card? What is the best card for VRay RT?

Right now, anything Fermi based from nVidia is going to be your best bet. That would include the 4xx series and the new Quadro 4000, 5000, 6000.

I personally would stick with the Quadro card you have and see if you can add a GTX 460 with 2GB RAM for doing the RT GPU work. Best of both worlds there. IMHO
