I would say the current version of Photoshop is about half an inch from a ribbon interface as it is now anyway. Call me old school, but I am not a bog fan of programs giving custom interface options. This includes Microsoft's ribbon,Adobe CS4+ products, and Max 2010+. It is funny, when your computer bogs down, and can't load "the skin" it shows the old school Windows title bar underneath. I assume this happens to everyone, and not just me.
