Both of these look great IMO. However, for the fair pricing I will probably go with Mentor for now...

161USD gets you 14 grass models or 119USD gets you 180 grass/flower models. (So, about $11.50/model vs. $0.66/model.)

Both look real enough for most of my scenes, but I have had better customer experience with Mentor so his deal looks more attractive, overall.
Another thing to keep in mind, if you still use max9, is the Mentor scenes are all max9/vray compatible. I think the igrass only the models are but the scenes are 2009 or above, IIR.
