Good source for *high quality* stock models of arch interiors?

I'm quoting a job (advertising) and may need to construct a number of room sets (living room, bathroom, home office etc.) and I doubt we will have the time/budget to build everything out so I'm looking at stock.

It is getting tiresome wading through the large piles of crappy models on Turbosquid etc, and Evermotion has some but lots of stuff there is just not high enough detail for really good photo-realistic renders.

Does anyone have a good alternate source for that sort of *stock* model, that has *good* models??
